10 August 2007: Britain's official mapmaker has moved ATDI Online to a new level of accuracy.

A deal between ATDI Online and Ordnance Survey means calculations done through tools on this site can now be made using the UK’s best maps. That provides a level of accuracy and clarity unique among web-based services.

ATDI aim to provide enhanced map data for Northern Europe but this will depend on demand. To request enhanced maps for your area please contact Web Support

13 July 2007: Initial Set Up of E-Commerce Online Site

Following the huge success of the free-of-charge web site allowing line of sight plots, transmission loss plots and profiles for anywhere in Europe at 200m resolution and for the rest of the world at a coarser resolution, ATDI today switched on its E-Commerce site with two enhanced calculators.  The two calculators - a Land mobile Coverage Plot calculator and a Link Path Profile calculator - are available free of charge initially although they will become pay per go in the coming weeks as other calculators are added.  The three original calculators will remain free.
